Appointments, Cancellations, and Fees
Appointments depend on availability, and we encourage patients to call the office beforehand. Please provide accurate information when booking and be on time for in-person consultations. The practice has cancellation and no-show policies that may include fees that will be explained to you when you schedule with us over the phone. Cancellations should be made within 24 hours, and consecutive no-shows may result in ending the clinician-patient relationship with Dr. Amir Alizadeh. Payment, co-pay, and payment options will be shared with patients during the appointment booking in line with state and federal laws and insurance requirements.
