Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island
We accept all standard family, individual, and employer-sponsored medical plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, including EPO, HMO, POS, PPO, and Medicare networks. Please note that with BlueCard® PPO, you can access Blue Cross Blue Shield services if you are traveling or living outside Rhode Island.
Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island
We accept all all standard family, individual, and employer-sponsored medical plans from Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, including HMO, POS, and Medicare networks. Members outside the New England service area must submit an Out-of-Area Request Form before scheduling a consultation in Rhode Island.
United Healthcare
We accept all standard family, individual, and employer-sponsored medical plans from United Healthcare, including EPO, HMO, PPO, POS, and Medicare networks. United Healthcare offers extensive nationwide network portability for travel and out-of-area emergency and routine care.
TUFTS Health Plan
We accept all standard family, individual, and employer-sponsored medical plans from Tufts Health RITogether, including EPO, HMO, and POS networks. Please note that plans under the Cigna® PPO network provide access to providers within or outside the New England coverage area.
AETNA Health Plan
We accept all standard family, individual, and employer-sponsored medical plans from Aetna, including EPO, HMO, and POS networks. Plans in the Aetna® PPO network typically allow access to providers in New England, while HMOs require pre-approval.
